Exactly, that’s precisely why you have access to predesigned templates and a library of high-quality elements to facilitate and guide you through the customization process. The customer chooses and customizes colors, fonts, or images in seconds, and your designer no longer has to start from scratch or waste hours on corrections. This makes each project a faster and more profitable process.

“¿What does installing the 3D Customizer entail?”

It involves activating the 3D Customizer for 14 days of free use (with a watermark, for internal testing) and connecting to your website using API credentials.

“¿What does creating 1 print method mean?”

Each print method includes the standard settings for dimensions, margins, DPI resolution, format options, and other information necessary to establish the experience and delivery of files for sublimation, embroidery, or DTF printing.

“I already have a page, ¿why do I need another one?”

The difference is that here your customers can design in 3D and get instant quotes, something your current website does not offer. Similarly, if you only want to integrate the proposed system into your current website, you can request a personalized quote.

“¿What is the 1 3D Model Professional License?”

This license is designed for studios or other entities with over $100,000 USD in gross revenue from commercial activity in the last 12 months. It allows the use of models for commercial activities, whether private or public, for any type of media and derivative works. You can modify and adjust the purchased 3D models to integrate them into your projects. It’s permanent, meaning that once you purchase a model with this license, you can use it indefinitely without having to renew a plan or subscription.

“I don’t want to depend on subscriptions or hidden fees”

With the Elite package, you pay for one year and it covers everything included. The only commission is on each sale made through the 3D customizer (1.8% of each sale), and only if there are sales. Each year, you must pay $1,212 to maintain the customizer, the writing assistant, and hosting.
With the Standard package, the monthly fee for the 3D customizer starts at $80 + 1.8% of each sale made through that means. There are no additional costs.

“¿What is UV mesh mapping?”

It allows you to assign images or patterns to a 3D model, giving it color, detail, and a more realistic appearance. It ensures that textures are applied evenly and adapt to the model’s curves and shapes. It helps maximize the texture map space, resulting in higher resolution and visual detail. It prevents distortions or «stretching.»

“¿What are 2D and 3D print areas?”

They establish the exact limits where customers can add their images, logos, and text to the product. These areas are used to automatically create print files ready to be sent to production, with the precise size defined by the area in centimeters.

«¿What is 3D synchronization?»

It means that all changes made to the 2D molds of each part of each garment can also be seen in the 3D model (color changes, print areas, etc.).

“¿Why only 15 colors and 10 sizes?”

This is the maximum average price per 3D model we’ve established with our previous clients. Any colors or sizes above this amount will have an additional charge.

“¿What if I need changes after the 3 months of support?”

You can continue to self-manage with the guides, or sign up for flexible maintenance. It’s up to you. The platform is yours, and you will always be in control.
